His constant progression has allowed this former yellow jersey and 1st of a stage in the Tour de l'Avenir, to achieve promising performances in 2021: 2nd of Paris-Troyes, and 3rd of a stage in the Tour de Valence, with at the end of the season, his first pro success in the Classic Loire-Atlantique, which was held in the pouring rain
