The day after the Giro della Toscana, the Coppa Sabatini will also be a race to watch out for among the puncheurs.

I know the area around all these classics well. Even though I've never raced there, we often used the same roads in the youth categories. The Coppa Sabatini is going to be an explosive race. We have a great ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team with some great riders like Vincenzo Albanese, Clément Champoussin and Louis Barré. They'll be on a course that suits them.

Compared to the Giro della Toscana the day before, the Coppa Sabatini circuit is less hard and more suited to sprinters. There's bound to be some skimming. A small group could be in with a chance of victory. But depending on the shape of the race, a fast rider like Jenthe Biermans could be a good card in the event of a mass finish. If the selection has been made, we'll be able to count on other explosive riders in the final climb.
