This Wednesday, the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS Men's and Women's World Tour teams will tackle the cobbles leading up to the Citadelle of Namur.

After the Vuelta, I went on to the European Road Championships. It was my first Elite selection with the French team. I listened to coach Thomas Voeckler and did my job. I felt good and from Wednesday I'll be wearing the Excalibur jersey of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team again. The Grand Prix de Wallonie is a tough race, the finish in Namur is quite hard and that could be the case for a lot of the riders in the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team. I'll be doing my utmost to support them as best I can.

It's a race that I know well personally. It's a race where you have to be a player and not be afraid to take the initiative. Sometimes you have to take the risk of losing in order to win, so you don't regret it at the end. The scenario may take different twists and turns, but we have some good cards in the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team to play against the Citadelle of Namur.

After my big crash at the Tour de l'Avenir, I'm feeling better and better. The Grand Prix de Fourmies was my comeback race, and it helped me regain my confidence. This coming week in Belgium - starting with the Grand Prix de Wallonie - we'll be racing on terrain that suits me. The aim is to finish the season on a high with the great races on our programme. I know what awaits us in Wednesday's race, which is similar to the Classiques Ardenaisses, a course I enjoyed last April.

The last 40 kilometres will be tough before tackling the slopes leading to the Citadelle of Namur, much to the delight of cyclo-cross fans. It's a tough profill. It's a race that might suit Maeva Squiban. She'll certainly be discovering it for the first time, but given her current form, she has what it takes to shine. We need to keep an eye on the different scenarios. Things could change before Namur, but the numerous World Tour teams could control the race and wait for the final explanation.
