Fluo matches with la Vuelta
For the third year running, the riders in the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team will be racing the Vuelta a España wearing fluorescent yellow jerseys, in reference to ‘La Route se partage’.
The words of Didier De Abreu, Road Safety Coordinator for Ille-et-Villaine and ‘La Route se partage’ project manager:
"Emmanuel Hubert, General Manager of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS teams, has chosen to continue using fluorescent yellow jerseys on the Vuelta a España for his riders this year. I'd like to thank them for doing so, because this colour, which is visible on the road, conveys the message of the ‘La Route se partage’ mission to the world's media. This three-week exhibition on the Vuelta in support of our operation is a great opportunity for us, ‘La Route se partage’, to convey our message of encouraging the best possible cohabitation between all road users even more forcefully by benefiting from the support of a professional cycling team competing at UCI WorldTour level."
