In the Guernalec family, the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team already had Thibault, and will now have two Guernalecs in its ranks, with Victor joining the team in the 2024 off-season. A member of the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS training program, the Breton puncheur had seen his progress curtailed somewhat by health problems. Once these were sorted out, Victor showed the full extent of his talent in 2024 in the amateur peloton, winning seven races to rank among France's top amateurs. As part of Emmanuel Hubert's World Tour squad, he will have the opportunity to play his card on certain occasions, and on others to demonstrate his fine qualities as a team-mate.
