A good opportunity for the sprinters

The Flanders Championship is the race for sprinters. Arnaud Démare will be there with many of the riders in his train.

I'll be racing in the Flanders Championship for the second time in my career. The race is always the same, a circuit that has to be covered several times. We've got a great ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, and we're going to do everything we can to give our sprinter Arnaud Démare the best possible start, because this race traditionally finishes in a bunch sprint. Dan McLay has shown that he's in good shape in recent weeks, and I'll also be giving 100% to the team and to Arnaud so that he can put in the best possible performance.

The Championnat des Flandres is a race entirely dedicated to sprinters. The course is flat, with a twelve-kilometre circuit to be covered fifteen times. The aim will be to protect Arnaud Démare and put him in the best possible conditions to compete in the best possible sprint. He'll have most of his train around him, with Miles Scotson and Dan McLay, and the aim will be to get a good result in this race, where the density of sprinters is always very high.
