Amandine Fouquenet in the Top 10, Clément Venturini 13th

One week before the cyclo-cross world championships in Lièvin, Amandine Fouquenet grabbed her first World Cup top 10, finishing 9th in Hoogerheide. Clément Venturini finished 13th in the final round of the 2024-2025 World Cup.

I wasn't able to make the best possible start because of a crash in front of me. So I did a “comeback” race. I had strength and good feelings. I managed to get back up to seventh place. On the last lap, I didn't have much energy left given all the effort I'd put in but I still managed to finish ninth. I'm satisfied because I had been waiting for this top 10 finish for quite a few races. I managed to do it in the final of the 2025 World Cup. Now I am focused on the World Championships in Liévin, France, on February 1st. I'm looking forward to performing well on home soil.
