Mathis Le Berre extends his contract

Breton rider Mathis Le Berre has extended his contract with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS UCI Wolrd Tour team, managed by Emmanuel Hubert.

Continuing with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team was a no-brainer for me. My contract was up this year, but I didn't even look elsewhere. I wanted to continue my sporting development with this family team, which, like me, is from Brittany. I like the atmosphere that reigns within the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team. There's a good dynamic between the riders, but also with all the staff. I simply feel good as part of the team. The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team has had faith in me since the junior ranks, it has allowed me to grow as a rider, and I know that it will continue to give me plenty of opportunities to progress. I have the chance to play my card more and more on certain occasions, and this mark of confidence from the sports management means a lot to me. I want to repay them in some way by continuing to achieve good results in the red and black colours of ARKEA-B&B HOTELS.

Mathis Le Berre is a rider we've been following since the junior ranks, and who for the last two seasons has given us real satisfaction within the UCI World Tour ARKEA-B&B HOTELS structure. Mathis is still young, but he's very mature for his age. He's quickly found his place in our team, particularly alongside the more experienced riders. His voice is already heard and listened to by everyone, because when he speaks it's to bring people together. He has a strong sense of team spirit. Mathis Le Berre is one of them, having lined up at the start of the Vuelta in 2023, which he completed. He contested the Vuelta again this year in the red and black colours of ARKEA-B&B HOTELS, putting in some fine performances on certain stages, which augurs well for the future. We wanted to extend Mathis' contract, and he also wanted to continue with us. Because of this convergence, an agreement was quickly reached between Mathis and us.
