Anthony Delaplace extends his contract for 1 year

Anthony Delaplace has extended his contract with Emmanuel Hubert's team for a further year. 2025 will be his twelfth season in the red and black colours.

For me, staying with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS UCI World Tour team managed by Emmanuel Hubert is an obvious choice. This team has been my ‘heart team’ for twelve years now. I know that I've had more seasons in the professional ranks than I have left, but my passion for my job remains intact. I've seen the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team progress over the years, and I want to continue to help it grow in 2025 from a sporting point of view. We have some excellent young riders who we need to continue to support, and that will be one of my missions. I enjoy being the road captain, passing on my experience and acting as a relay for the team managers. I know how to say things when things are going well and when they're not. Being fair means helping others to grow. I also still enjoy training and the adrenalin of racing, even if today I'm more at the service of my young leaders. I know that the further along I get in my career, the closer I get to the time when I'll have to put the bike away, but 2025 will still be a year in which I'll be giving 100% for the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team.

12 seasons and so many moments of shared sporting and professional life. 2025 will be a new chapter in the story we are living with Anthony Delaplace. The reason for this lease is that, over the years he has spent with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, Anthony has constantly reinvented himself professionally. Today he holds the role of road captain, a status he has acquired by validating his knowledge of how to do things and how to be on the race course. His word is heard by all his team-mates, the younger ones as well as those who already have a little experience. Anthony is also an invaluable asset to the race directors. His sense of duty and self-sacrifice make him an essential element in the success and progression of our young talent at the highest level.
