Jenthe Biermans takes her fourth place of the season at the Vuelta a Castilla y Leon.

I am very happy with my third place in the Vuelta a Castilla y León. We were attentive throughout the race and it was really hot with temperatures around 40 degrees, which made the event even more difficult. In the last three kilometers, I was in a great position with Vincenzo Albanese who did a great job. Then, I took David Dekker's wheel which took me really well in the last meters. I may have launched from a little far, but I think the others were really stronger than me and I remain very satisfied with this podium. I thank the entire ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team for the work carried out.

The whole team did a very good job all day, and especially in the last two kilometers. The sprint was intended for Jenthe Biermans or David Dekker. Finally, it is David who finds himself in front of Jenthe and who sacrifices himself by throwing him in the last 200 meters. Even though we believed in it, we came up against two fast runners and we are really satisfied with the day and our runners.
