Lotte Claes: “I particularly like the 2nd stage”

The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS women's team will line up at the start of the Tour of the Pyrenees this Friday in Goudon.

I feel good and am motivated for what will be my third participation in the Tour of the Pyrenees. I particularly appreciate the second stage with an arrival at the top of the Col d'Aubisque, where the percentages can reach 10% in places. Our objectives, both individually and collectively, could be multiple. We have an excellent ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, with sprinters and punchers, capable of racing on all terrains.

I’m really looking forward to starting the Tour of the Pyrenees with the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team. The three stages seem quite interesting, and especially the second, with the arrival at the top of the Col d’Aubisque. It may suit us.

The Tour of the Pyrenees promises difficult stages, with two very hilly stages and one mountainous one ending at the top of the Col d'Aubisque. We will try to achieve good performances every day and aim for a good place overall. We have a strong ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team made up of riders and climbers, and we are motivated to start this race on Friday in Goudon.
