Presentation of the Tour de Pologne, the first week-long UCI WorldTour stage race after the Tour de France.

The Tour of Poland is a tough UCI WorldTour event. There are never any major climbs listed, but the stages do have some differences in altitude. The time trial is also difficult. It's going to be contested every day. I hope I'll have a good feeling and that my legs will be good after the Tour de France. I felt tired after the Tour. I've had a good rest. I hope I'll be in good shape. There's a great ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team in Poland, and we're going to do our utmost to put in a good performance there.

The overall profile of this year's Tour of Poland is fairly hilly, both for the road stages and the individual time trial. Raúl García Pierna will be making his comeback in this event after his first participation in the Tour de France. The ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team will also include David Dekker, Donavan Grondin, Alan Riou, Miles Scotson and Florian Sénéchal, not forgetting Alessandro Verre who should find the terrain to his liking. It should also be noted that the UCI WorldTour will be testing reduced use of earpieces on three stages of this event.
