In the streets of Ardooie, Arnaud Démare took 4th place in the sprint on stage 3 of the Renewi Tour.

After the first stage of the Renewi Tour, we were all very disappointed with the result. Today, we got our act together. We pulled together and everyone rode well. We were in a position to be with the best today. I was feeling good and third place was within reach. It was going well and it's good to put things back in their proper place. There'll be another opportunity tomorrow. There's a very big field of sprinters here and it's sometimes difficult to sprint, but we want to do the same thing again tomorrow. I'm satisfied with the work of all my team-mates.

Very good work from the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, I even think that the riders were a little shy in the final. David Dekker and Dan McLay were still alongside Arnaud with one kilometre nine hundred to go. They were more interested in protecting him than in launching him. But fourth place proves that Arnaud really has the legs, especially when you look at the field of sprinters taking part in this Renewi Tour. It's good for morale, everyone has gained in confidence and awareness of their abilities. We're hoping for another sprint tomorrow.
