This is her first professional podium, Titia Ryo finished 2nd today in Povoa De Santa Iria. She is also 2nd in the general classification and best youngster.

The entire ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team did a good job all day. Each of us took turns attacking. And when Océane escaped, we were in a good position to control behind. I immediately felt that the legs responded well today. I took the wheel of another competitor when she restarted the race. Then, three of us returned to Océane. In the end, there were only two of us left to play for the win. Even if I would have liked to thank the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team by winning this 4th stage, I am happy with my feelings and to rank 2nd today. I thank the whole team for the superb work.

Another great stage for the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team on this Tour of Portugal. We opted for the offensive. Océane Mahé escaped around fifty kilometers from the finish, taking a lead of up to 1 minute. Meanwhile, the other riders from the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team controlled the peloton. Titia Ryo followed the attacks, then she returned to Océane with 2 other competitors. Titia finally finished 2nd. It’s a great performance for the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team and for them, which won their first professional podium. This evening she is 2nd in the general classification and wears the best youngster jersey. Michaela Drummond also retains the jersey of best sprinter of the event.
