Michaëla Drummond doubled her capital success on the roads of the Tour of Portugal this Friday. Marie-Morgane, 3rd in this 3rd stage, takes the jersey of best climber.

I am delighted to achieve my second victory in the Tour of Portugal. The whole team did a great job again today. Danielle was in a breakaway for a large part of the race, which allowed us to save ourselves in the peloton. Then, Maurène, Amandine and Marie-Morgue protected me for the final sprint. I would therefore like to thank the entire ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, because it is a great collective victory.

The disappointment of Thursday gave way to the joy of Friday! We had decided to resume the race today. Danielle De Francesco escaped after 5 km and was almost 90 km in the lead with another competitor. They took a lead of up to 4 minutes, which allowed the team to stay grouped within the peloton and save their effort. The last climber made it possible to make the selection, skimming the peloton. Maurène did a lot of work to protect Michaela Drummond at the start of the sprint. Which won it brilliantly. This is a new victory for the ARKEA-B&B HOTELS team, and Michaela in this event. Our sprinter also wears the best sprinter jersey. Marie-Morgane also finished 3rd and took back the polka dot jersey for best climber.
